London Luton Airport (LLA) is ranked the 2nd best airport in the UK by Conde Nast Traveller as part of their Readers’ Choice Awards.
The airport, which has held the coveted second place spot for the last three years has had a very successful summer period welcoming 4.3 million passengers*. Alongside increasing passenger numbers, LLA has continued to provide a great customer experience with an average wait time in security of 9 minutes or less. With more than 80% rating their experience as very good or excellent**, this consistent service is clearly reflected by the positioning in the Readers’ Choice rankings.
Alongside this latest accolade, the Airport is also a finalist in the ‘UK Customer Experience Awards 2022’ in the 'Best Business Change & Transformation' category.
